Manage practices, rep initials, and passwords. This screen
never shows doctor records or visit activity.
Note: this console withholds practice data,
but as the owner of the Google Sheet you can still open the tabs directly.
The separation is a safeguard against casual access, not a technical wall.

Directory — activate or deactivate
Choose a practice to see its offices and doctors.
Deactivating removes an office or a doctor from that
practice's map, lists and search. Nothing is deleted, and you can turn
it back on here at any time. Visit history is not shown on this screen.
Add or update a practice
A new practice gets two empty sheet tabs automatically.
Import the starter CSVs into them if you want the full directory.
Set a practice password
Everyone at that practice uses this one password. It lets
them view, add, edit, hide and log visits for their own list only.
Remove a practice from the site
Removes the login and hides it from the site. The sheet
tabs and all their data are kept, so this is reversible.
